Scootles was designed in 1925 by Rose O’Neill and produced by Cameo Dolls. She is made of composition which, is a wood pulp material. Scootles was the first little girl to be able to visit Kewpieville in Rose O’Neill’s Kewpie drawings in the 1920’s.
